Do I need to give you my EcoFlow password?
No — only the API access key/secret you generate inside the EcoFlow developer portal. You can revoke it any time.
Which EcoFlow units are supported?
DELTA Pro is fully supported today. DELTA 2, DELTA Max and PowerStream are on the roadmap.
How accurate is the projection?
Projection self-calibrates from the days your battery was actually accepting charge, so throttled-while-full hours don’t distort the model. Accuracy improves as more days of your data accumulate.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure database in your region. Service-role keys never leave the server. You can request CSV export or full deletion at any time.
What do I get that the EcoFlow app doesn’t show?
The EcoFlow app only keeps a short rolling window. You get the full history plus tools the app doesn’t have:
- Full-history charts for solar in, AC/DC in, AC/DC out and battery state of charge at minute resolution
- 7-day battery projection with cloud-cover forecast
- Appliance simulator — test “what if I add a 200W load overnight”
- Overnight headroom — how low SOC will dip before sunrise
- Typical-day load curves
- Missed-generation view — estimates what you lost to throttling while full
How often is data polled?
Roughly every minute while your DELTA Pro is online. Gaps from device sleep or network drops are detected and back-filled where the EcoFlow cloud still has the samples.
Can I export my data?
Yes — one-click CSV export for any time range, covering solar in, AC/DC in/out, battery SOC and cloud cover. Drop it straight into Excel, Grafana or your tool of choice.
What happens if I cancel?
There’s nothing to cancel — it’s a one-time setup fee. You keep the dashboard and can export your full history as CSV any time.
