What you're buying

SolarPilot is a one-time setup fee of $199 USD (launch price; standard price $399). The fee covers provisioning your hosted dashboard, configuring your EcoFlow API credentials, and onboarding you onto the live monitoring stack.

What's included

• White-glove setup of a hosted dashboard tied to up to 3 EcoFlow devices on your account.
• Live polling, history retention, projection, missed-capture analytics, and notifications as described on the landing page at time of purchase.
• Reasonable email support for setup-related issues for the first 30 days after delivery.

What's not included

• EcoFlow hardware or developer-account fees.
• Cellular data, internet, or electricity to your DELTA Pro.
• Ongoing infrastructure costs after the first 12 months. We may, at our discretion, pass through the cost of hosting beyond that period; we'll notify you in writing first.
• Custom integrations, feature requests, or per-device beyond 3.

Refunds

If we're unable to successfully provision your dashboard for reasons within our control, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once your dashboard is live and ingesting data, the fee is non-refundable.

Service availability

SolarPilot is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You acknowledge that the dashboard depends on third-party APIs (EcoFlow, Open-Meteo, Supabase, Vercel) any of which can have outages outside our control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to (a) violate any law, (b) attempt to access another tenant's data, (c) abuse the EcoFlow API in ways that would risk your or our account being throttled or banned. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarPilot is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from your use of the dashboard, including but not limited to decisions you make about load management based on the projection's output.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on this page and (for existing customers) notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
